Let us help you to Move your business into the fast lane by improving on its - Quality, Cost and Speed, by training your staff in the Lean Method.

The NE Group and Lincoln College are working together to deliver a package which offers East Midlands businesses an opportunity to undertake a Business Improvement Techniques programme.

The programme is delivered in your workplace to staff at all levels, over a period of approximately 6 months; regular meetings are held with team leaders and managers to monitor and review the impact of delivery on business performance. The programme can be fully funded via the Train to Gain service.

Lincoln College have secured funding to provide a one-day initial overview for managers to find out what the programme involves and, more importantly, what benefits and results your organisation can achieve.
