The training is in the form of NVQ qualifications, which are individualised to meet the needs of both the learner and the employer.

NVQ's are work based and completed on the job, which means that there is no need for staff to leave the workplace; we will come out to you!

The NVQ's that we can offer to you are:

• Information Technology User - Levels 2 & 3
• Customer Service - Levels 2 & 3
• Business and Administration - Levels 2 & 3
• Management - Level 3
• Team Leader - Level 2
• Retail - Levels 2 & 3

In order to be eligible for this FREE training, learners must not already have a qualification at Level 2 or above, to clarify this please do not hesitate to contact us.
