The programme runs for a total of 9 months and provides a unique approach to graduate development. The programme encompasses all aspects and sectors of the business, providing graduates with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to become an efficient and important team member.

The first 3 months will entail the graduate being assigned a line manger and an appropriate department from which to work. Within this initial period the graduate will aid the department with running its day to day activities whilst working towards their individually assigned project.

For the following 6 months graduates will be placed within the department that is most appropriate to their skills and experience, where they will continue to contribute effectively to their respective teams whilst developing their individual transferrable skills.

The Graduate BLOG is a means of portraying a graduate perspective on the programme. Each week the Graduate BLOG will present two sections: The first will provide an overview of the graduate’s previous week at NE and the second shall provide a changing ‘Topic Question’ that the graduates shall answer. Each graduate will produce a BLOG on the same day every week.

Note: With the current graduate programme coming to an end there will be no more weekly updates at this time, instead each graduate will write a case study on their experiences of the programme in the near future.
