The Business centre has up to 60 managed workspaces/business incubation units, with rent ranging from as little as £12.50 per square foot per annum, fully serviced and including rates.

Edwinstowe House also offers business incubation, smaller units for new and start-up businesses, with rent ranging from as little as £11.00 per square foot per annum, fully serviced and including rates and support services. This low price is for the 1st year and increases gradually at an agreed rate and over an agreed period of time.

A comprehensive on-site support service is offered which includes business support and advice, IT solutions and Internet service provision. Another major attraction for our tenants is that we offer a fully integrated telephone service providing voicemail and switchboard answering facilities.
