Competitive rent prices payable monthly in advance, excluding Business Rates and electricity use. It is anticipated that most businesses will be eligible to apply for Small Business Rate Relief from Boston Borough Council.
Tenants will have a choice of their own data service provider or the data service of the Enterprise Centre provider.
